Colours of summer.
This shot looks like the start of something good but doesn’t show the rest, and i hate when something is unfini
I swear i tied it up here... ⛵️💨
Blackers doing that sunrise thing.
A postcard from dover.
port esperance at midday with the jetty looking straight towards adamson’s peak, part of the hartz ranges.
Don’t you hate it when you go to do a bush wee but all the trees are tall, thin and blurry?
- - forgotten - -
remember when dad asked "did you put the b**g back in?" and you said "yes"? well you didn't dickhead. well done.👏🏼
this yacht actually sunk back in june this year when that infamous storm hit. it's apparently got a basketball-sized hole in it and could easily be repaired, but no one could get hold of the owners who live on the mainland...
port esperance, dover, tasmania.
Went to get some new pots and pans yesterday but forgot the pots.
came back with a few of these instead. 🍳🍳🍳🌊🌅
This morning’s sunrise from the local.
A view of adamson’s peak.
...except the invisible peak is shrouded with cloud.
so, a view of adamson’s. 👍🏼
dover’s iconic little blue boat still remains a beacon amongst a sea of yellow, which was a pretty fitting sunrise to bring in the first day of summer.
and that’s how to birthday... i was taken away for a mystery night away by my beautiful wife. we ended up in dover @farsouthtasmania, staying in a place we’d been to many many moons ago - @driftwoodcottages. the jacuzzi on the deck allows sweeping views of the whole bay and out towards adamsons peak. and makes birthday drinks like fifty times better🍻.
i was also lucky enough to finally meet the hilariously lovely locals @lauzworby and @krillknight. i’ve known laura and kristie for a while but only now had a chance to meet them in person, as is the weird way with @instagram these days 😄.
