When wanting to go #meatless i use yummy veggies such sweet potatoes, mushrooms, and onions seasoned with garlic, chipotle powder, and smoked paprika mixed with #quinoa made ahead of time in the #instapotwannabe and finished off with a squeeze of lime. add a #rumbutan for a new food taste. #imadethat #yum #dirtyplating

When i first read this, it came across as depressing, not inspirational. i continued to be drawn to it, so figured it had a lesson for me to learn. once i silenced my mind and read it again, i understood it was a reminder of hope. at first, buried and planted sounded as if you are dead or stuck with the current dark times you may be experiencing. after reflecting on it, planted didn't seem so ominous. think about it. when you plant a garden, you are hoping something grows from the dark ground. so you wait and see what comes of your hopes and efforts. the same could be said for our dark times. you need to have hope you will grow from it. as my idol audrey hepburn said, “to plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow.” maybe to plant ourselves in our dark times is to believe we will grow from them. #bpd #depression #anxiety #growth #whatwouldaudreydo #audreyhepburn #believe #hope
