Crazy sunrise from last week. fingers crossed there’s a few good ones this weekend cause i’ve dusted the cobwebs off rex my camera, & the alarm is set. 🤞 happy weekend. .

People are always commenting on my travel photos about they would love to visit this or that particular location. well guess what? i’m teaming up with tiger air and their go like a local campaign where one lucky winner will receive a $250 tiger air travel voucher to start booking their next adventure. i’ve flown tiger air and for a budget airline, let me tell you, their standards and service are great so this is a dream prize.

all you have to do is

1. share a photo of your favourite place, but think outside the obvious, somewhere that is off the grid (this is one of mine – the spit on the gold coast, never lets me down and is my definite happy place)

2. tag #golikealocal @tigerairaustralia @julesingall
the most creative entry will be selected for the $250 tiger air prize. too easy. entries close friday 22 feb 2019. (note australian residents 18+ only please)
for more info go to www.tigerair.com.au/go-local or check out my blog

Probably time to stop spamming you with tassie pics, plus i’m well and truly back home. but one last one from the stunning @freycinetlodge - loved this place. so much fun for a girls trip but i’m hoping to sneak my hubby down for a few romantic nights getaway too. think we could both do with a break and this place is divine. 💛

Yeh yeh i know. people don’t like my food pics, but in my defence had to share my absolute favourite experience whist in tassie, wading out in the oyster farms in freycinet with @oysterbaytours learning about & eating the freshest seafood followed by more tasty seafood delights @freycinetmarinefarm you seriously must do this. so rustic, unique and fun. one of our crew doesn’t even like oysters (seriously, why are we even friends) but still loved the tour. trust me, do i ever lie! 😇

Omg i thought i’d posted this pic. how could i possibly miss it! 😱 even though my tassie trip has been epic, the weather has not cooperated so much. but, did manage this incredible sunset from the deck @freycinetlodge didn’t even have to go anywhere. this was literally the view from the dinner table. wow! 😍

One thing i love about tassie is everything is such good value. there’s no excessive charges, accomodation is reasonably priced & delicious food is good value. i have allowed one sneaky indulgence staying at the divine @freycinetlodge which of course had to include a flight over the park & birds eye view of the stunning wineglass bay with @freycinet_air .

No this isn’t a tropical island. can you believe this is east coast tasmania! most incredible clear waters and white beaches. best part, this was a busy day. peak hour with 3 cars in the car park! 😜. happy weekend everyone. .

I’ve taken over 2,000 pictures on my east coast tassie trip. i’ve deleted (very reluctantly) half, and “favourited” 153. the struggle is real trying to limit what i share. 🙈

No sleep ins when on a road trip. making the most of every second in tassie including this perfectly still morning at george’s bay. hope everyone had a great australia day long weekend. sadly back to school runs and routine tomorrow. wish the school holidays never ended 😓
