How to eat when traveling ✈️!
.
you have seen in my stories every day almost everything i ate 🥘. but now i’m going into more detail. keep in mind everything i say is what is best for me and my personal opinion.
.
i always try to eat as much protein as i can, so i maintain the muscle and strength . mainly meat , eggs and ham , which are easy to buy, and then @myproteines shake. as i’ve been doing this for years now i know how many calories (approx) everything has and how my protein carbs and fats are going.
.
as i decided to relax i didn’t worry too much about desserts or carbs. i ate everything🤤. relax doesn’t mean eat like a pig 🐷! you must have control.
.
one dessert is fine, two ok... but three... 🤨try to avoid that. if you know you are going to drink, eat less carbs and fats, or maybe don’t eat that snack or desserts on the lunch. or do one routine that you have in my instagram! 📸 .

try to find the balance that works for you and enjoy!

Sun, rain, river, sea, wind, boat.
.
weather is a little bit crazy over here, but we’re still enjoying it! great food, typical dishes,specially deserts, are the best ones 🤤.
.
in addition, we are eating healthier than i expected, so that’s great for the gainzzz💪🏻.
cooking our food is great for the muscles and for the bank account 😂 💰.
.
i’m taking this time to relax, because when i go back home, i’ll die with the new program 🏋🏻‍♂️.

Hotel upper body routine 💯!
.
working out at the hotel is easier than you expect, you have plenty of exercises to do. it is better to do something than stay at bed complaining.
.
in this case i go for :
1️⃣pike push ups
2️⃣normal push ups
3️⃣ walking push ups
4️⃣ resistance band rows
5️⃣resistance band biceps curl.
do 3-4 sets of each one and your done!!.
.
this is not the best workout, but it’s great to remind your body that it has to do something and get a pump as well!! everything, even the tiniest decision counts!!! so try to eat as healthy as possible and move your body! .

having a great time here , visiting beautiful places and with the best company ever @gabriela.fajardom ❤️.

regarding to the fitness part 💪🏻: eating healthy most of the time, giving me some treats... (as you can see in my stories ) and working out at the hotel ( going to do so in 5 min. hopefully i can edit the video and show you in a couple of days ⌛️).
.
if you know how to do it, maintain balance and enjoy is so simple!!!! just don’t eat like crazy 😂

Traveling plans ✈️!
.
as you may know i am going on vacation for some days, time to rest and enjoy!
but that doesn’t mean i’m not going to workout. short hotel workouts are the best way to stay in shape!
.
moreover, i am going to be sharing everyday through insta stories how o eat and how i maintain balance. i will eat healthy but give me treats also 😉🍩🍪🥧. as i’m not competing in the near future i can have a more “relaxed” holidays.
.
regarding to this: don’t overthink it.if you mantain the balance you’ll be fine. unless you go crazy and eat all junk food, you won’t loose muscle. remember that balance is 🔑!
.

Birthday post 🎂!!.

here is a superset i do almost every week at the end of my workouts ! you can adjust the difficulty of the push ups to your level(normal, clap, slow...).
.
1️⃣clap push ups (19 in the video)
2️⃣burpess (5 in the video)
.
repeat this 3-6 times and feel the burn! 🔥.
.
i could get “emotional “ and write a lot, but i won’t. i just want to say that you have to follow your dreams , do what makes you happy, stay consistent and don’t care about others opinion! with 19 i started this page, this journey and this lifestyle, sharing content and quality knowledge 🤓📝 and i love to do so. let the 20’s be even better 💪🏻.

Do you keep record of your training? ⁉️
.
i do recommend to write your reps and if your train with weight ,which weight did you use ⚔️. .
it may look useless, but you will have a sense of your performance and progress! when you look it you can adjust your training and after some weeks your can see and measure your progress!

Train those legs! 🔥 .
i train them twice a week. the first day i do 4-5 exercises and the second i do 2-3.
this exercise is great for strength and depth on your squat!!!
.
i barely use machines ⛔️ and i don’t use them unless i have an injury or pain doing compound movements .
.
i love compound movements such as squats or deadlifts, your work more muscles (also because i want functional training, not hypertrophy).
.
this exercise is an absolute burner 🥵. you work your quads, glutes, abs, stabilizers... is great!

Accessory work!!
.
what is it? how often should you do it? 🧐
.
accessory work is nothing but exercises that complement your workout. when working out one hour it can be difficult to perform certain exercises, so you do others that have similar stimulation to your muscles .
.
also it can be work that helps you achieve x skill. if that’s the case, i recommend doing them earlier and not at the end of your workouts.
.
example:
1️⃣ accessory work for back ( complement ) are rows. after one hour i can’t do more pull ups and they have great stimulus
2️⃣help for skill: explosive push ups done at the beginning to achieve the superman.
.
depending on your goals you adapt your training!

Recovery day!
.
as you may know , every sunday is active rest day. i use this day to do mobility , yoga or anything related to that part of fitness that i might find interesting.
.
there are various benefits :
1️⃣increase mobility.
2️⃣recover your body.
3️⃣you can relax from the stress.
.
here are some exercises i do (mobility) every week. then, as i said before, i try new ones. .

Joint warm up!!! the most important thing to do before you workout!

here are my top 3 exercises i use every day , then i do 3 more depending on the workout ( if you want to see the other ones , leave it on the comments 👇🏻) warm up is the preparation of joint and muscles to a high intensity stimulus that will take place during your workout, so you want to be prepared and avoid injuries!!!. also, if you have any questions, you can leave it on the comments and i’ll answer or send me a message 📲
