what do you love the most about the bar method?
from day one, i fell in love with the burn. that intense feeling in every exercise that is undeniably muscle at work. a uniquely powerful and demanding experience. i am equally obsessed with our community. bar method attracts the most awesome people. the instructor who scares, challenges and loves you all at the same time, the client that motivates the entire room, the bff you never expected to find, the co-workers who become family -- it's something special.
how did you end up at the bar method seattle+redmond?
inspired by a friend who visibly transformed her (already bangin') body, i decided to trek out to redmond to try a class. i was challenged, encouraged, humbled and defeated all at the same time. i was sure i'd never come back. i showed up the next day and bought the new client special. that was eight years ago.
