@whatgreatgrandmaate - jean choi 🍳 real food blog | “What do you eat on a regular basis when you are alone?” This is a question I get asked pretty often and the short answer is, “leftovers.” I’m usually too busy to cook up anything during the day so I make a double batch of the main dish for dinner and eat it for days. I even use the microwave (GASP 😱) to heat up the protein and eat that with whatever veggies (raw or sautéed) I can find in the fridge. I’m definitely not a meal planner but this kind of eating is what works for me. On today’s plate: Turmeric Ginger Pan Fried Lamb Chops (recipe link in profile) on top of arugula, sprouts, radish, mushrooms, and jalapeños. No matter what I’m eating, I try to fill most of my plate with veggies bc #plantpower 🌱💪🏼. Gimme all them nutrients!
