ich habe zurzeit absolut nichts spannendes zu berichten 😜😅

kommen wir daher direkt zu den leckeren waffeln von gestern 🤤
die waren schon echt ziemlich ziemlich gut. 👌 außen knusprig und von innen schön schmelzig, dank dem käse 🤤

nutze daher auch noch schnell die gelegenheit und mache bei der #waffleoclockchallenge der lieben @83lene mit. #aufdenletztendrücker🙈😅

rezept ⬇️
🎃125g kürbismus (dafür einfach hokkaido kürbis kochen und pürieren).
🎃1ei.
🎃25g butter.
🎃100g dinkelmehl.
🎃120ml milch.
🎃5g backpulver.
🎃gewürze.
was ich noch zusätzlich mit rein getan habe:
🎃lauchzwiebel.
🎃käse.
🎃pizza/pastazauberei und malaka von @spice_bar .
butter schmelzen. alle zutaten vermischen und im waffeleisen schön braun ausbacken.
mit einem dip und frischen salat servieren. fertig 😋

@cincohamburguesas hamburguesa con cebolla crispy y salsa de queso azul, hamburguesa con pork belly y salsa bbq, hamburguesa clasica, perro caliente con queso y tocineta, mazorca desgranada con tocineta, papas queso & tocineta, malteada de cookies & cream, las hamburguesas estaban deliciosas mi favorita la de queso azul y la de pork belly, la de pork belly es una hamburguesa diferente y estaba buenisima, el perro caliente con full queso y tocineta, sabor no le falta, la mazorca desgranada no es un acompañamiento que se ve normalmente aca en bogota y la recomiendo mucho, las papas con queso y tocineta cuando unas papas normales no son suficiente y bueno la malteada que es la bebida perfecta para acompañar una hamburguesa @cincohamburguesas en bogota. cinco hamburguesas es un restaurante nuevo que acaba de abrir en bogota y como su nombre lo dice ofrece cinco hamburguesas de carne, pollo, y pork belly en el menu de $12,500 a $16,000 cop tambien pueden encontrar tres diferentes perros calientes y tambien tienen una hamburguesa de portobello con tofu. el lugar perfecto para cerdear con toda a buenos precios. .

hamburger with crispy onions and blue cheese sauce, pork belly hamburger with bbq sauce, classic hamburger, hot dog with cheese and bacon, corn with cheese and bacon, bacon cheese fries, cookies & cream milkshake, the hamburgers were delicious my favorites were the blue cheese and pork belly ones, the pork belly burger is different and was very good, the hot dog had a lot of cheese and bacon, taste was on point, the corn side you don´t normally see in bogota and i highly recommend it, the bacon cheese fries for when normal fries are not enough, and the milkshake which is the perfect beverage to drink with a burger @cincohamburguesas in bogota. cinco hamburguesas is a new restaurant that recently opened in bogota and as its name imlpies they offer 5 different beef, chicken, and pork belly burgers in the menu, you can also find three different hot dogs and a vegetarian mushroom with tofu burger. the perfect place to pig out at reasonable prices.

je l’ai agrémenté de tranches de pomme à la cannelle, de framboises, de carrés de chocolat au lait zéro et d’une cuillère de peanut butter aux noix de pecan 🍫🥜
pour celui ci j’ai ajouté une cuillère de farine d’avoine goût pomme cannelle. je change de farine selon mes envies et ça apporte plus de goût selon moi !

non c'è niente di meglio che iniziare la giornata inzuppando uno di questi biscotti nel cappuccino, senza ammoniaca, velocissimi e friabili!

per 15 biscotti grandi

300 grammi di farina 00
200 grammi di zucchero semolato ( potete aumentare o diminuire a seconda del gusto)
1 uovo
mezza bustina di lievito per dolci
50 ml di olio di girasole
50 ml di panna liquida
granella di zucchero

procedimento
in una terrina mettere; farina,zucchero panna, olio, il lievito e l’uovo, impastare con l’aiuto di un cucchiaio, la consistenza dell’impasto sarà liscia e malleabile ma resterà morbido, tipo plastilina per intenderci.

foderare una teglia con la carta forno e con le mani prendere delle quantità di impasto e formare i vostri biscottoni, scegliete voi la grandezza, ricordandovi che poi cresceranno in cottura.

mettere i biscotti in fola ben distanziati nella teglia e cospargerli con la granella di zucchero.

far cuocere i biscotti in forno statico, preriscaldato a 180° per circa 15/20 minuti, regolarsi sempre con i propri forni per tempi e temperature.

gnocchi di grano arso ripieni di scamorza affumicata serviti con una crema delicata di melanzane, il tutto insaporito con deliziosi pomodorini confit, sopra bucce di melanzana fritta che conferiscono croccantezza al piatto. un piatto tutto mediterraneo super gustoso!! 😍
