butterfly pose is a strong groin- and hip-opener and one of the few asanas that can be practiced comfortably soon after eating as long as the head is not rested on the floor. the asana is specially recommended for those suffering from urinary disorders. the pelvis, the abdomen and the back are stimulated by a plentiful blood supply. it relieves sciatic pain and prevents hernia. if practised regularly, it relieves pain and heaviness in the testicles. for women, coupled with sarvangasana, it checks irregular m****s and helps the ovaries to function properly. regular practise of this asana may be beneficial for the lumbar region, flat feet, high blood pressure, infertility and asthma.

building up your chest can be a great feeling, especially because you can see the results staring right at you. however, overtraining the chest muscles can lead to shoulder injuries. strong pectorals can draw the shoulders forward and produce a hunched posture.

make sure you continually train your back. rows, pull ups, rear-delt flies, and lat pull downs are all great examples of exercises that help strengthen the back muscles. draw back your shoulders and support your chest in order to promote a healthy posture.

Positive mind. positive vibes. positive life. reading this brought back memories of when i didn’t feel amazing or blessed. i felt lost and stuck, i held onto anger and never let go of the negative. the negativity i had was taking over my friendships, relationships, family and my life. this negativity did not allow me to grow, love or learn.. i moved and decided to start over after all that is no way to live your life. that is when yoga came into my life. i wasn’t always open to yoga and i definitely did not think it would change my life, but i was oh so wrong! yoga changed my life. practicing yoga not only made me feel better physically but it made me explore all of the negativity i held onto for so long. today when reading this personal growth quote i can confidently say this is how i feel every day, truly blessed to be alive and living this incredibly blessed life. i find the positive in everything and never let anything hold me back. i have so much compassion and love in everything i do.. if your ever feeling stuck in life find your breath and let yoga transform your life ✨
