🇫🇷➰training abs ➰
je suis en pleine réflexion ces derniers temps sur mon programme semaine.
je consacrais un training par semaine abdos/gainage. avec mon nouveau bilan, je vais travailler un peu les abdos à chaque séance sans consacrer une séance complète comme je le faisais auparavant.
aujourd’hui training abs/dos.
mon mollet fait toujours des siennes (après une séance jambes d’hier)...
un jour ça part, un jour ça revient. quand tu as une tendinite tu ne peux jamais t’en débarrasser... 😥. la course 🏃‍♀️ me manque sérieusement!

i spent one week training abs / sheathing. with my new balance, i will work a little abs in each session without spending a full session as i did before.
today abs / back training.
my calf is still painful after a legs session of yesterday) ...
one day it goes, one day it comes back. when you have tendinitis you can never get rid of it ... 😥. the race misses me seriously!

Although i’m super sick at home (please pray for me😓) i know that monday tends to be leg day for alot of people (including myself😊) so i thought i would share some of my exercises from last weeks workout! this is definitely a good one!

2️⃣kb swings - 15 x 3
3️⃣sl step overs -12 x 3 each leg
