Lo prometido es deuda!! aquí les dejo los principales ejercicios que hago para glúteos -

de todos hago 4 series de 15,12, 10 y 8 o a la falla. importante apretar el glúteo siempre:
✔1.bulgarian split squat
✔2. deadlift
✔3. hipthrust (procura aguantar y apretar por un segundo al subir) +apertura de piernas con banda de resistencia.
✔4. squat. piernas separadas pies apuntando hacia afuera y bajando hasta el fondo
✔5. kick backs. espalda recta siempre.

🍑en cuanto a la alimentación pues les cuento que los glúteos suelen crecer con carbohidratos y grasas. por lo que si llevamos una dieta desbalanceada en base a lechuga no van a crecer.
🍑a mi me ha funcionado consumir la mayor parte de mis carbohidratos justo antes y después de entrenar.
🍑 el día que entreno tren inferior sobrepaso la cantidad de carbs que necesito.
🍑trato de entrenar lo más pesado que pueda. 🍑conexión mente y músculo al entrenar.
🍑apretar sin vergüenzas

ایجاد تقارن بین دو طرف بدن 💪
خیلی از دوستان و دنبال کنندگان عزیز می گفتند که من دو طرف بدنم با هم تقارن نداره مثلا بازوی دست راست من از چپم بزرگ تره .
شاید خیلی از شما این سوال رو داشته باشید .

نکته اول اینه که معمولا نا متقارن بودن عضلات به این دلیل پیش میاد که ما از دوران کودکی خیلی از کار هامون رو با دست خاصی انجام می دهیم . در این صورت دست اصلی معمولا قوی تر از دست دیگر میشه .
برای برطرف کردن این مشکل می تونیم اول از همه کار رو با دستی که ضعیفه انجام بدیم .
راه حل دیگر اینه که دو الی سه ست در پایان تمرین برای دستی که ضعیف تر هست انجام بدیم .
تمرکز در تمرین باید روی تعادل میان فشار روی دو طرف بدن باشد .
تمرین با دمبل و حرکات تک دست یا تمرین یک طرفه نیز موثر می باشد .💪
