Ok - so this is a really big deal for me. i’ve always wanted to be able to do handstand. handstand is my fav part in yoga. i love being upside down.
but i’ve always been afraid of empty, i’ve always been afraid to fall on the ground and hurt myself. and now i can tell that i can do handstand without a wall and without being afraid. it took me a lot of training, practice and mostly patience. i feel now more confident than ever.
all that i can say is thank you @jessicaolie for your ebook @letsstartyoga ! this is what leads me to this pose and i can’t be more proud of myself. i still got a long way to go but this was my goal for the past 9 months & i did it !
