Good morning โ˜•๏ธ just had to share how good i’m feeling this morning! i’ve finally been able to get out of my funk that i was in for months and some serious progress has been happening! in you’re stuck.. i totally feel you! it’s the worst. here’s what i’ve done to get out of my funk.
โ–ช๏ธstarted drinking a smart coffee: i’m obsessed with this stuff! if you watch my stories you already know this! lol. basically it’s a happy coffee! it actually releases the happy chemicals in your brain (dopamine, seratonin, endorphins, etc) it’s seriously changed my life! i share it with everyone cause i truly love it! (let me know if you want some)
โ–ช๏ธi made myself a plan: a couple of months ago i decided to start writing out my plan for the works. all of my workouts and cardio sessions were wrote out and i would scratch through them as i go! super helpful!
โ–ช๏ธi stopped trying to follow specific diets and i stopped cutting out certain food groups. i allow myself whatever i want in moderation. that has completely changed my mindset knowing nothing is off limits and i can have whatever i want, whenever i want it as long as i pay attention to how much i’m having!
โ–ช๏ธ i always remind myself that the first week is the hardest. i push through that first week of those first few days no matter what. because after you get through those days the cravings will stop, you’ll get better in the gym, and you’ll feel so good you won’t want to give up!

Sometimes the sessions you think are gonna be pants turn into great sessions .
i thought my afternoon squats were gonna be "meh" , totally i wasn't feeling it and i was already sweating from warming up .
.
so many things were going through my mind , my shoes don't feel right , should i use my new belt? , but it's too hard right now , my left knee feels funny and the lists goes on and on .
.
stop , elkie shut up and just do it .
which i did and i surprised myself .
3 x 3 125kg working sets followed by .
new pb 130kg for 1 rep (video) .
all you need to do is turn up , good or bad just turn up !
