personally i’m not the biggest fan of cardio and i almost have to force myself to do it 🤷🏼‍♀️ so i focus on other options to help me slim down in a healthy way✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. eat and adequate amount of food especially protein🍗⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. make sure you get in your resistance training done🏋🏼‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. make sure you’re in a calorie deficit👇🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. increase your calories burned during the day by doing little things like taking the stairs instead of elevator🚴🏼‍♀️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. and lastly be patient⏰⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
weight lose takes time so stay focused and disciplined🤗

Last nights paused squats session: 180kg 4x2, huge paused squats pb!! squats have got to be my most improved lift this block, hopefully i can execute on platform tho hehe also thanks to @leraymondo for saving my life at the end!

most likely you heard that smaller meals eaten more frequently is best but in reality number of meals and when isn’t as important as your calorie intake... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌿 2 meals a day at 750 calories= 1500 calories
🌿 4 meals a day at 375 calories= 1500 calories
🌿 6 meals a day at 250 calories= 1500 calories ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Happy rainy saturday babesss🌧 currently enjoying my day off at home to relax and refocused my mind and body🌿✨
