Balance. it’s not just about lifting weights for me. i like to mix it up and challenge myself. ⠀

it’s incredible to me that i have worked back up to being able to do a front or back loaded squat with more than half my body weight but doing body weight squats on a bosu proved challenging. i practiced balance and squatting for 20 min saturday. believe it or not, i woke up sore yesterday from it! ⠀

just goes to show you don’t have to be pushing or pulling heavy weights to challenge yourself! ⠀
