That burn🔥🔥🔥 5 pm group today’s overload was 45 sec overhead presses starting @ 50% for 4 sets. the basic concept is to just remain under load by any means necessary for the entire 45 seconds. initially starting out with a strict overhead press and if needed utilizing a some leg drive for a push-press to get up with 4 sec eccentric lowering phase and if needed just holding in from rack for duration of time. try something different. lots of variables to manipulate other then just load, reps , rest periods as well as time under the load. #wearemodernmusclemovement #m3strengthandconditioning #menshealth #fitness #powerlifting #powerbuilding #bodybuilding #strongman #apeman #jailhousestrong #gasstationready #overheadpress #ohp #press #strictpress #instafitness #tut #timeunderload #timeundertension #fitnessjourney #strengthandconditioning #fit #fortwaltonbeach
