premetto che giulia non partiva da una condizione metabolica favorevole e con un infortunio al ginocchio che le da ancora qualche noia, questo mi ha portato a fare qualche scelta diversa dal solito 🤘.
➡️come prima cosa abbiamo alzato drasticamente le kcal ma con una #reversediet . ➡️abbiamo mantenuto le kcal stabili per settare il suo nuovo tdee. ➡️ allenamento molto metabolico per forzare il corpo ad utilizzare i carboidrati come substrato energetico #benzina . ➡️in allenamento #focus su catena posteriore per recuperare il #ginocchio#spalle e #dorso punti carenti .

cosa é successo alla fine delle prime 5 #weeks?? abbiamo riscontrato una perdita di circa 1 kg e un miglioramento della composizione corporea 💪💪.

While we are keeping it real here's a look at 12wks out last time to 12wks out this time. front on i haven't really been too deflated it's been my rear that i needed to change and @andyhibb89 has successfully made changes to my rear. however, i can see some changes in my front. but i'm not going to keep looking at others and seeing how far ahead they are, i need to focus on how my body is because no 2 are the same! slowly chipping away. i must say that being fueled by @urbankitchenprep is massively helping. @marquismuscle keeping me on track, @andyhibb89 pushing me and @elite_fitnessfactory backing me all the way.

ricardo joined the team last year in august after an aggressive dieting phase looking to build up his muscle and strength⁣

in that time we have a had great results gaining 25.6lbs in in 6 months which is a solid and steady rate of weight gain📈⁣

we kept a close eye on his body composition to ensure weight wasn’t shooting up too fast, keeping the gaining phase as lean as possible and slowly increasing calories when needed to do so 🍗 ⁣

Nell'allenamento dei movimenti di trazione rimane di fondamentale importanza la gestione della fase concentrica e il mantenimento della tensione sul muscolo target.
il movimento è inizialmente lento e progressivo, il focus rimane sul movimento dei gomiti e delle scapole.
la schiena è una zona estesa e muscolarmente ricca con difficoltà a lavorarla in virtù del fatto che si trova anche al di fuori del nostro campo visivo.
culturismo non è muovere pesi da un punto a a un punto b,ma occorre entrare nel muscolo ed avere intima confidenza del movimento.

Not everyday will be easy or enjoyable

yesterday’s session dragged and i found it hard to get in the zone. stresses me out when i can’t switch to beast mode! ended up faffing and taking longer than i wanted.

but today was different!
didn’t faff, hit several pb’s and ended up actually enjoying cardio! (shock!)
so days will fee harder than others and you have to push on.
today i kept reminding myself of the end goal.

la sentadilla perfecta - invertida, es un excelente ejercicio implementado en el trabajo del gluteo mayor 🍑🍑. sin embargo, si no se realiza de una forma correcta puede ser contraproducente para la integridad y salud de tu espalda y columna.‼🚫🚷 el movimiento correcto implica conservar la lordosis (curvatura normal de la espalda baja) tanto en la parte excéntrica, como la parte concéntrica sin enviar la cadera y los gluteos hacia atras, puesto que este movimiento concentrara el peso que estés levantando en la espalda baja y no en las piernas y gluteos ❌❌... con el simple echo de sobrepasar los 90 ° de flexión en las rodillas estarás activando los glúteos como el musuculo principal de impuslo hacia arriba ✅👌 ... no exageres el movimiento de tu cadera y evita lesiones que te dejen fuera de tus entrenamientos 😣😤😤😡 con hipernut #lograelcambio

🤾🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♂️ attività fisica e dimagrimento

ormai chiunque vuole dimagrire o perdere la pancetta o ridurre i fianchi ecc...qualcuno non ne ha un reale bisogno, altri invece, vivendo in una condizione di obesità o sovrappeso con altri fattori di rischio, devono perdere peso per ridurre il rischio di ammalarsi!

indipendentemente dall’obiettivo, molte persone che si rivolgono a me sono convinte al 100% che basterà seguire una dieta corretta per dimagrire velocemente.
è vero, in parte è così...
soprattutto con determinati protocolli (molto difficili da seguire) è possibile perdere molti chili senza pregiudicare eccessivamente la m***a magra.
arriva un punto, però, in cui la dieta non basta più da sola ma è necessario introdurre l’attività fisica, svolta con criterio e in maniera costante!! 🏋🏻‍♂️ premetto, questo non è il mio campo, quello che voglio fare è solo darvi qualche consiglio per rendere la dieta che state seguendo ancora più efficace!

veniamo al dunque: “qual è la miglior attività fisica per dimagrire?”
io rispondo sempre: “quella che ti piace di più..basta che la fai!” che cosa significa? che se arriva una persona con obesità grave che trarrebbe grandi benefici in sala pesi (con un personal esperto) ma non si osa ad andare in palestra e preferisce fare zumba.. ben venga!!! basta che si muova!

concludiamo parlando dell’eterna lotta tra attività cardio e attività anaerobica.
l’attività aerobica (cardio) a media/alta intensità ci permette di bruciare più calorie e se protratta a lungo (circa più di 30’) consente di attaccare i grassi di riserva, inoltre migliora il sistema cardiovascolare, respiratorio, scheletrico, ecc.. recentemente si è visto come sia molto utile l’attività anaerobica (sforzi intensi, bassa durata) anche nel dimagrimento. infatti, portando alla costruzione muscolare, permette un aumento del fabbisogno energetico giornaliero anche a riposo (ovvero bruciamo di più anche quando siamo fermi). quello che consiglio è di scegliere l’attività che più vi piace e se siete indecisi, fate un mix delle tue tipologie di attività!

una cosa è certa: fatevi seguire da persone esperte!! perché il rischio di farsi male c’è, eccome!!

as its getting nearer to summer the number one thing one many our minds is losing weight.. yet we are bombarded with the messages of “self love” and “body confidence” a lot of those same people will also be promoting their “summer cut guide” so its no wonder as women we feel so conflicted as to what we should be doing⁣

whatever change or choice you make- please make it for you. not instagram, not your friends, not your partner or your family but you. ⁣

❌stop judging someone because they don’t want to cut their calories for summer, but also please stop judging someone that does.⁣

❌stop judging someone because they would prefer to wear a swimsuit over a bikini, but also please stop judging someone that doesn’t.⁣

❌stop judging someone because they would rather order chips with their burger, but please also stop judging someone who doesn’t. ⁣

✨eat a balanced healthy diet, but have a donut with your coffee now and then if you want it. give it your all in the gym, but enjoy a night off watching netflix if you want to. enjoy the bottle of prosecco with your friends on a saturday night but equally enjoy a night in with your own company✨

365 pound hip thrust!!! that’s 👏🏻 what’s 👏🏻 up 😝 (i’m 104 pounds & 4’11, this is big for me 😅)

some things i focus on before i attempt to hit a pr:
1️⃣ how am i feeling? if i’m sore, fatigued, or generally having more prominent aches & pains, i won’t go for it. i want to avoid injury, so feeling 100% (or close to it) is crucial.
2️⃣ hydration 💦 affects performance, so i make sure i’m drinking water before (and after!) my lift. i also focus on hitting my water goal (usually just under a gallon for me) the day before.
3️⃣ time of day ⏰ personally, i like hitting my big lifts earlier in the day - i tend to have more energy. this is a very individual thing! (i’ve read evidence to support benefits of both morning & night workouts, especially in regards to increases in strength later in the day. i’d say try both & do what feels best for you.)
4️⃣ nutrition 🥘 i like to eat some type of faster-digesting carb about 30-50 minutes before i lift, especially if i’m going for a big pr. don’t be afraid of carbs - they help give you energy! food is fuel 😉
5️⃣ mindset 🧠 i need to be in the right headspace to hit a big lift! if i’m stressed or distracted, i’ll just focus on having a killer workout (not necessarily setting weight records) to get my mind right. ⚠️❗️
my whole attitude towards fitness changed when i stopped caring about the scale and started caring about having amazing workouts & fueling my body. i look better than i ever have..: and i don’t obsess 😉

als alles mogelijk zou zijn, welke verkeerde gewoonte zou je dan als eerste willen wegwerken? we richten ons vaak op de grote acties die we willen ondernemen. 5 keer per week sporten, dry januari etc. maar zoek het eens in de minder dramatische gebaren die misschien veel meer effect hebben. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
netflix and chill, inclusief een grote zak chips? stop met bank hangen

dat ene drankje wat altijd uitloopt in 15 shots en een diagonaaltje bij de febo? dump die maat

de koelkast plunderen zodra de kids op bed liggen? zorg dat je alleen gezonde dingen in de koelkast hebt. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
het is moeilijk, maar je kan de vastgeroeste patronen doorbreken, als je maar bereid bent om er moeite voor te doen. ga stap voor stap, neem je tijd. ze zijn er niet in een maand in gekomen dus ben je ze ook niet in een maand kwijt.

Life wasn’t always this positively optimistic and clear to me. once upon a time my life was very different, and even seemed impossible to think it could be anything other than doom & gloom. but with a focused mindset, a determination to change, and a little love for myself i did.

today i stand knowing who i am better than i ever have, and happier with where i am in terms of how i’m affecting the people around me, something that might not have been the case many years ago. all of us have the ability to improve our health, our bodies, and our brains. but the first step is to have the drive to know that there is no quick fix, if you want to do it right it’s a long time in the making, it’s a difficult journey, but one that’s definitely worth while, and far better than the alternative one.
even for me the temptations are always there like the little devil in my shoulder calling out to me. i still crave things from the past, i still get tempted by junk food in a daily basis, but i just say no these days more than i say yes. i’m not telling everyone to cut out everything bad, i’m just saying once you show your body a bit more respect, and treat it with a little more care, it will thank you for it.

like anyone i worked hard to get my mind & body to where i’m at now. over the years i’ve experienced a full metaphysical overhaul, seeing both my mental attitude, and my physicality improve vastly. it didn’t happen over night like a lot of people may assume, and a lot of the time for many others the journey is difficult. but the rewards are boundless, and the natural high of having your $h!t together is the best thing you’ll ever experience.
