Based on the fact that i've been training for 15 years, at least 5 times a week ( and i did not included all the years where i worked out twice a day ), it took me a minimum of 4000 trainings sessions to build my actual physique and capacities.
reflecting on these numbers, was all that time spent worth? i definitely do not regret this investment at all considering all the good things it has brought to me.
j'ai fait un rapide calcul, basé sur le fait que je m'entraîne depuis 15 années, au moins 5 fois par semaine ( et je n'inclus pas toutes les années ou je me suis entraîné 2 fois par jours ), cela m'a pris au minimum 4000 entraînements pour construire mon physique et mes capacités actuelles.
en prenant du recul par rapport à ces chiffres, est-ce que tout ce temps passé valait le coup?
eh bien à aucun moment je ne regrette cet investissement tant il m'a apporté.

i can’t recall my exact age in the before shot, but i’m around 13 and just under 6 ft (and approx 100 lbs). you can see my ratios are all off - look at the long legs and awkward spine. i just kept growing. ——————————————
but this post isn’t about my physique change - this is a mental transformation. on the left you see a kid so embarrassed of his height, his weight, his awkwardness... there’s a child with no self worth or self confidence. that right there is the poster child for victims of bullying. ——————————————-
now for the man on the right. the moustache oozes confidence 😜! the physique tells you he lives every day with passion, focus, dedication and power. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
the transformation did not happen overnight. it was thousands of days of small changes. little victories that seemed meaningless on their own, but added up to something far greater than i could have ever dreamed. you know the little changes you need to make to be happier and more successful. the first baby step might seem insignificant to you, but i promise it is a massive victory that will one day lead to you dominating. ——————————————-

say no to fast food today.
spend 5 minutes today thinking about all you are grateful for.
do one act of random kindness today.
