👊🏽💥i’ve been a lover of the ufc ever since it started back in the 90s. my love for the sport increased exponentially when i began training tae kwon do in 2010. i have found that as a spectator, mma is a sport people either love or can’t handle watching. i love it! ❤️💪🏽
ever since my craniosacral passion has peeked, & i have an increased knowledge of head injuries & their negative impact, i watch ufc with a completely different eye & mind. craniosacral therapy works directly with the central nervous system & the membranes & fluids that surround the brain. the impact of repeated blows to the body & head create restrictions in both the dural membrane & fascial systems of the body. these restrictions lead to imbalances which can create an individual to experience a slew of symptoms; headaches/migraines, chronic body pain, vertigo, tmj, anxiety, depression, brain fog, & much more. 🌟my dream is to work with people who train in combat fighting, but i need a little help to begin my journey. i’ve created this survey to better understand my target audience. link is in the bio! i’m open to anyone who trains; women, men, professionals, ex-professionals, amateurs, & those who do it recreationally. fight sports can range from jiu jitsu, kickboxing, tkd, boxing, wrestling, judo, muay thai, etc. if you train or know people who train, please take or share this short survey. you’d be helping me get one step closer to my dreams, & for that i’d be incredibly grateful!
