8 important rules when you’re skinny [by @oakleyoday]

1๏ธโƒฃ eat 300-500+ calories over your maintenance level of calories.

2๏ธโƒฃ eat 1g of protein per pound of total bodyweight.

3๏ธโƒฃ track your food on @myfitnesspal to make sure you are actually eating the right amount of food and protein for your goals.

4๏ธโƒฃ 60-80% of your food should be healthy and nutritious. the other 20-40% can be foods you just enjoy that may not be so “healthy” and nutritious (they help increase calories). make sure you are hitting your protein and fiber goals and you are usually doing alright.
