keep torso up with shoulders back and lats engaged. use one powerful movement from glutes and hamstrings to lift weight and stabilize using quads and lower back. let weight drop within the same line of pull each repetition. the key is concentric engagement and minimal energy waste. i always do this exercise on legs day and superset with 50 reps of hamstring curls.

Let's take our chest training to the next level!

if you experience lagging chest development then give this workout a try.

you will begin with pyramid training style for the compounds and then proceed to straight sets.

the last exercise will be a db hex press superset with push-ups to the max, in order to really squeeze out and fatigue your muscles. ⠀
i recommend you train chest twice per week and put more emphasis on it if you really want to see some new growth.
