If you look at my meals, it can give you an easy answer to the question what my favorite macronutrient is 🤗 i really love fats 😍 this plate has everything that i need in my life right now 👆🏼 avocado, grilled salmon and egg yolk - it can’t get any better than this 🤷🏼‍♀️🤩 additionally roasted sweet potato sprinkled with chili flakes, hard boiled egg white, fresh cherry tomatoes, raspberries and a cloud of rocket salad (arugula) 🥑🍅🍠🐟🥰 if you prepare salmon, sweet potato and cook the egg in advance, then it takes only a few minutes to combine all of the ingredients and have a healthy and delicious meal. it can serve as a pretty good post-workout meal, lunch or dinner 💪🏼😍 it fuels your body right with all of the necessary micro and macronutrients.
the full meal is 536 calories with 34p, 44c and 25f.

Pasta for dinner is always a good idea — especially when it’s tossed with creamy cauliflower garlic sauce — my go-to for noodles, veggies, chicken and...well, everything 🙌🏻♥️🥰 meal prepped another batch this afternoon, and now, after a whirlwind kind of wednesday, i’m ready for some qt with my couch + a cup of hot cocoa. because 50-degree rainy may days call for that kind of cozy (where are yoooou, spring? 😭). -

there’s an updated step-by-step tutorial for the creamy cauliflower garlic sauce in my stories (answered many of your common questions), but here’s the abbreviated version: it’s as easy as steam (the cauliflower) blend (the ingredients — there are only five of them), pour (on your pasta...or straight into your mouth 😛) and store (it keeps for about three days in the fridge, so it makes a great meal-prep). it’s also dairy-free, vegan, and paleo and keto-friendly 🙌🏻☺️.

Happy thursday, hope you’re enjoying your day! 💚 the weather has been so warm and bright so i’m craving all the quick and simple delicious nourish bowls (of course ) 😋 this one is full of so much plant protein! 🌱

red lentil pasta + crispy baked smoked paprika & garlic tofu + one sad looking avocado 😅 + cucumber + loads of steamed savoy cabbage & fresh spinach underneath & drizzled with sriracha mayo! 💚

the tofu was so easy to make, just sprinkle over some smoked paprika & garlic powder, salt & pepper over your prepared tofu, shake the bowl to coat the tofu, then place onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment, and bake in a preheated oven at 200c/400f for 15-20 mins until crisp and lightly golden! .

wie oft sagt man zu sich - "jetzt mach ich's" aber ändert dann trotzdem nichts. genau so ist es mir auch jahre lang gegangen - ich wusste zwar, dass es nicht gut für mich ist aber mein innerer schweinehund hatte mich zu stark im griff. aber ich glaub so geht es uns allen - das ist menschlich. heute ist gerade wieder so ein tag an dem ich am liebsten alles essen würde was ich sehe - auch so tage dürfen sein. wichtig dabei ist nur, dass man es nicht wieder zur gewohnheit werden lässt. es läuft halt nicht immer alles nach plan. nur darf man sein ziel nicht aus den augen verlieren - tut es für euch und euren körper! ihr habt nur den einen ♥️ #abnehmmotivation #abnehmblog #mindset

there is no denying that avo toast is, like, hot 🔥 but, despite how trendy it is, 3 years ago i avoided eating it like the plague. 🙈 like many of you, i had this food rule that i couldn’t eat two “bad” foods at once, like high carb bread and high f*t avocado 🥑 so this on-trend food was out of the question. 🙅‍♀️i felt sad and left out every time i scrolled through the ‘gram and saw everyone and their brother posting about their latest avo toast creation. 😔 i wished so badly that i could get rid of this silly food rule and let myself enjoy it too!

one day i was grocery shopping 🛒and saw avocados on sale for a crazy deal, like 50 cents! 😲at the time i was just starting to work through my food rules 1 by 1 in order to end the restrict-binge cycle. i saw this sale as a sign that avo toast, a high carb and high f*t food, was the next rule to break. so, i bought myself an avo! 😬the next day i made myself and my then boyfriend (now husband) joe each a slice of green toast goodness. 💑sharing this rule breaking experience with him allowed me to feel more comfortable and less anxious. i took one bite and realized how delish it was! 🤩 i felt empowered and confident that i could continue to break food rules, like this one, and reach food freedom. over the past 3 years i’ve done just that! now, i help others do the same in my 1:1 food freedom coaching program- cause freedom is gooooood!🥰
