I made this for lunch today & it was an easy throw together meal. even put the spaghetti squash to cook in the oven while i did a home workout, so knocked it both out at the same time😏this was a good way to use up the spaghetti squash that was sitting around on the counter plus the chickpeas in the pantry. shared more in my stories how i threw it together but super simple! hope you’re having a great monday💛💛

cooked the spaghetti squash (microwave for 2 minutes & then cut in half. bake at 400 for 40 minutes or so). in pan, add a little olive oil + drained chickpeas on medium heat. add in tomato basil marinara + spices (i used sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, oregano & red pepper flakes) + add in big handful of spinach to wilt. top it on cooked spaghetti squash!

necesitas:
-2 chayotes.
-1 aguacate🥑.
-3 cdas de aceite de oliva extra virgen.
-sal y pimienta.
-sal de ajo opcional o un diente de ajo (yo no le pongo ajo porque me cae mal).

preparación:
-lava y pela los chayotes.
-pártelos en palitos (en crudo).
-pon en una licuadora el aguacate, el aceite de oliva, la sal, la pimienta y la sal de ajo. licua bien y si queda muy espeso agrega un chorro de agua hasta tener una consistencia ni muy aguada ni muy espesa.
-agrega el aderezo a los chayotes justo antes de servir porque si no se aguadan.

Summertime in germany 😍☀️ (only on the watch 😁) i love this time because it’s longer light in the evening.
for today’s breakfast i had a super delicious raspberry porridge with mango, berries, kiwi and cashew butter. looks like summer, or not? 😍

j'adore ce gâteau, et encore plus quand il est fait maison avec la recette traditionnelle et pour la générosité en pruneaux, parceque c'est ça le meilleur dedans ! ~recette ~
▪️120 g de farine
▪️50 g de sucre ▪️4 œufs🥚
▪️1 gousse de vanille
▪️50 cl de lait 🥛
▪️15 g de beurre
▪️des pruneaux : autant que vous le souhaitez, si comme moi vous aimez ça, soyez généreux. vos papilles vous remercierons et vos intestins aussi car les pruneaux sont riches en fibres qui alimentent votre flore intestinale et régule votre transit !
▪️1 verre de rhum (facultatif)

faites tremper les pruneaux dans de l'eau tiède pour qu'ils gonflent.

mélangez : farine + sucre.
faites un puis et ajouter les œufs. mélanger doucement en partant du centre pour éviter les grumeaux.
ajoutez doucement le lait sans cesser de mélanger.
fendez la gousse de vanille et ajouter les grains.
ajoutez le beurre fondu.

cuire au four préchauffé à 180°c pendant 50 min ⏱️ bonne dégustation ! 🥄

j’en fait jamais, j’en prends parfois au restaurant mais je devrais en faire plus souvent c’est tellement simple à faire 😊 casser un œuf avec du lait, tu laisses imbiber ton pain et dans une poêle avec de l’huile tu le fait cuire. 😀 sans oublier ensuite tous vos toppings préféré, trop bon 😍

un petit cake tout en sobriété, qui néanmoins ne manque pas de saveurs et est très très fluffy ☁️ je l'ai accompagné d'une petite cascade de chocolat noir 🍫

>> recette pour deux petits moelleux (dimensions ramequins).
.
▪1 petite banane mûre🍌.
▪2 oeufs.
▪40g de farine d'avoine sans gluten @myproteinfr .
▪20g de son d'avoine.
▪1/2 sachet de levure chimique.
▪10g de noix de coco râpée🥥.
▪15g de whey saveur vanille (ou 15g de farine + 15g/20g de sucrant selon le goût : xylitol, sucre de coco...).
▪1 petit suisse.
▪5 gouttes de flavdrop vanille.
▪1 cuillère à café de beurre de cacahuètes.

nappage : 20g de chocolat noir🍫 à 78% @lindtfrance .
.
1- mélanger la banane réduite en purée avec les oeufs, ajouter le reste des ingrédients, mélanger de nouveau jusqu'à obtenir une texture homogène.
2- verser la pâte dans dans deux moules individuels chemisés de 10 cm de diamètre maxi afin d'obtenir une belle épaisseur.
3- après cuisson ajouter le nappage de chocolat fondu 👌.

cuisson four préchauffé à 180° 18/20 mn.

C u r c u m a l a t t e
1 cup of milk🥛
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of turmeric
some pepper
1 or 2 dates to sweeten

put the milk in a saucepan over the fire to heat it. add all the ingredients, and also the dates.
heat it all together. before boiling, remove from heat.
put it into a cup and sprinkle it with a some cinnamon to decorate.

Weigh day - with this very crazy world we are living in right now we don’t have the sw scales to go and get weighed. our sw class has however resumed this week via zoom with weigh yourself. so this morning i got on the scales after not being weighed for 2 weeks, i don’t know what the difference between my scales and sw scales is as never weigh at home. so here goes.........
