I honestly haven’t been stressed in a long time.
-
here’s why:
i’ve come to realization that all the things that used to get to me don’t really matter.
-
i use to stress about school🤓 and getting good grades. but i don’t anymore. it’s not that i don’t try, it’s that i realized worrying about it isn’t going to change the outcome. all you can do is your best, and sometimes the grade doesn’t always reflect the amount of work that was put in, and that’s okay. there are always more test to come. oh and news flash, you don’t need to have a 4.0 gpa to get to where you want to be in life.

i use to stress about what others thought about me. i wouldn’t do certain things in fear of “looking like a loser.” but happy to say i no longer care what people think about me. this is my life. i only have one shot at it. i’m going to live everyday to the fullest doing what makes me happy regardless of what others think. oh and tbh most people don’t give a 💩 about what you do.

i use to stress about not knowing what i want to do with my life and just the future in general. welp i have an idea, but i still don’t know exactly what i want to do🤷🏼‍♀️. however, it really doesn’t bother me anymore. most things in life don’t go as planned. even if you think you have it all figured out, i guarantee it’s not going to match 100% what you have planned out.

there is so much good in my life, i honestly don’t even know what i have to stress about🤔? i have all my needs met and so much more.

hopefully this helps those of you who are worried about any of the above see that, it’s not that serious. life in general truly isn’t.

Heres another leg day for y’all 🏋🏼‍♀️ im not as motivated as usual at the moment, purely because housesitting puts me out of routine a little bit and im not as excited to go to the gym im training at atm bc its not as great as my usual gym 😂 but i drove to my normal gym yesterday so i could have a good leg sesh with @e_c_fit 🙌🏽 .

The chinese have been using heat for injuries for thousands of years. they continue to do so. when martial artist would meet, they would battle until there was a definite defeat. the winner would heal the loser and they would become best friends for life. much of the healing came from utilizing heat. there’s a major part of chinese medicine.
i read this interview from dr. gabe mirkin who coined the acronym rice. it’s what i originally learned in college but after reading his review, and knowing what i know from healing, i agree.
