ウエストラインを引き締めてくびれを作ることができる【クリスクロス】を紹介します!
足の裏にゴムバンドをかけ、脚を肩幅に広げて仰向けに寝ます。
肩から体を起こし、ヒザを90度に曲げて上げ、右ヒザを左ヒジにつけるように体をひねり、同時に左脚を伸ばします。
左右どちらも行ってください。20回✖️3回くらいがオススメです👌

i am in finland at the moment and the hotel i am staying in doesn’t have a gym. after a few days eating and drinking, of course i feel i need to take care of my body. that’s why i created er resistance bands.
now i can work out anywhere, anytime. •
this movement is one of my favorites. all you need to do is put the bands under both of your feet and lay down. then lift your legs 90 degrees up put your hands behind your head and twist touching your right elbow to your left knee and then then opposite way. this movement is great to use your whole abs and define the waist line. •

week 8! new weekly avg update:

jan 27-feb 2 = ~163.9 lbs
feb 3-9 = ~162.2 lbs
feb 10-16 = ~162.1 lbs
feb 17-23 = ~161.4 lbs

remember the week before last week, my avg bodyweight stayed the same. i gave it another week, and it has gone down 0.7 lbs. just because my weight has stalled doesn’t mean i need to do more cardio or cut down my calories, that’s a no-no! 🙅🏻‍♂️🚫. famzz...don’t make assumptions and quickly change anything to your diet and/or training. give it another week to three weeks to see the trend or grand scheme of things!

note to self 📝 - don’t change anything yet. keep things very simple and consistency no matter how tired, hungry, or you get. hit those lifts, cardio, and calories/macros. we’re almost there! give everything you got! work, train, eat and sleep! eyez on the prize! mamba mentality!

I used to wake up in the mornings and think “how the hell am i going to get this all done and a workout?”


after a long day back & forth from work and school, i’d say “fuck it i need to go home and study anyways”.


the days that i did make it to the gym i told myself i was too tired to study.


i remember feeling like i was in this constant cycle like i wasn’t doing enough, getting enough done, and was generally not satisfied with how my days went by. wasn’t working out enough, wasn’t studying enough, wasn’t seeing family & friends enough and wasn’t working enough.


i remember those days. and they still happened to me after i got a full-time career that i was working towards, because then i just took on more things to do. so essentially i did this to myself. but don’t we all put more things on our plates so we can grow and better ourselves or our lives?


but how do we learn to manage them without constantly spinning our wheels and feeling overwhelmed?


⭐️ figure out your why - why are you doing this in the first place? why does it matter? what will you achieve and how will you feel afterward? are the sacrifices worth the outcomes? does this help you grow or are you going in circles?

⭐️ planning - planning leads to action - if you schedule it in, and i mean schedule it all in, you’ll stay more on track (some things may then become habitual 😌)

⭐️ learn to prioritize & say no - when i started setting boundaries for myself, not only with others, but with myself and the amount of b******t i was letting slide, things started to shift.

⭐️ learn to forgive yourself & let go - learn forgiveness for yourself and the things you just couldn’t get to. learning to forgive yourself will allow you to go easier on yourself and stay calm for yourself and others around you.

⭐️ learn to recognize your wins & reward yourself for them - go easier on yourself. you can’t get to everything and everyone at the same time, all in the same week even, and life gets easier when you remove this pressure to be perfect & start to realize all the work you are putting in rather than not. optimistic thoughts will always keep you going.

warmup rhythmically (walking, cycling, jogging, rowing, marching) for 5 to 10 minutes at 60% maxhr or 6 rpe. .

cool down for a few minutes by walking around and letting the heart rate come back down slowly. .

💭 it can be frustrating putting in the work each week, but left not seeing results (i hear ya friend)⁣

if you are tracking your macros, but you aren’t seeing many changes, here are 3 things that could be happening:⁣

1️⃣ wrong macronutrients⁣
👉🏼 make sure you aren’t following a cookie cutter macros (aka online calculators, watch my igtv i did on online calculators for more info).⁣

🌟 your macros are something that are very specific to your previous dieting history & your specific goals. make sure you have these macronutrients that are customized to you & take in account adaptations.⁣

2️⃣ having difficulty reaching your numbers⁣
👉🏼 do you find it hard to meet your protein goal with going over in fats, etc.?⁣

Leg day workout - i love training my legs. it’s always a challenge, one of the most challenging days for me but i love it. recently it’s been easier because of the new #warmupexercise i’ve been doing. so check out my part 1 & 2 on that.

workouts in the video:
1) bulgarian lunge (2 variations of it) one hits the quads more and the other hits the glutes more
2) step up thrusts - meant to be explosive. if you train slow you’ll become slow
3) kettlebell swings - amazing exercise for hips and glutes
4) phyioball hamstring pulls
5) side slides for the inner muscles of the legs
all the exercises are 10-12 reps to failure.

here is a great circuit to follow that is pretty user-friendly for kb newbies. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
grab 2 kbs and lets go!

perform the following:

push up
bent over row
squat
overhead press
lunge
burpee

perform 1 of each, then 2, then 3, 2,1,2, etc…

home workout for beginners with little or no workout equipment.

perform each workout for 1 minute with a 20 second break/transition in between. one round will take you 12 minutes. shoot for 2-3 rounds. .

Shoulder day! tbh today was leg day but this upload schedule is a myth.😤thursdays are my shoulder day paired with abs because it’s a shorter routine than my others. make sure not to sleep on shoulders because working your chest and back is calm but you need to be coupling it with shoulders to first build strength in other areas of upper body and most importantly to give you that broader and stockier look. you don’t want to be looking like a wedge hunchback of notre dam with a wam back and a built chest so make sure to slot this in your week. personally, these work best for me, pick and choose at will but four exercises minimum. bless up people, go shell it‼️😤🐚🐚🐚
