Sorry for my absence from social media 🙏🏼 and not being able to respond to your comments and messages. it’s been a crazy few weeks of assignment work 📝📚 and clinic prep 🗃📋and i finally have a couple of weeks break before the madness of my course starts all over again 😅 i’m spending the afternoon doing admin work/responding to emails, but this evening i’m planning on getting back into the kitchen to recreate some new recipes for you! 😍♥️

it’s been so long since i’ve made anything new and i’ve felt so down over the last few weeks because creating and experimenting with recipes, photographing, filming videos and editing content is my happy place! 😔 and i feel i don’t get the chance to do that as much anymore. i’m hoping to be able to get a couple of people on board in the near future 🤞🏼🤞🏼 to help me out because i just can’t do everything myself at the same time as studying for my nutrition qualification. it’s so difficult being creative when you have so much on your plate!

i think it is 1000% a confidence thing✨. i feel like i just need to say fk it and go for it yanno. lets be honest no one is looking at you in the gym, they are all too busy doing their own thing.

sometimes i do a super sweaty hiit session and all i want to do is take off my top to cool down but do i? no😾👎🏻.

it is really no big deal. we should all be able to wear whatever we want to workout it. i feel like i am a confident person but when it comes to getting my stomach out i go into a bit of a shell. -
i have always suffered with bloating and huge food babies so maybe that is where is has stemmed from?⚠️ also the gym i went to growing up, it was never a thing anyone did.

base
1/2 cup dates (softened in hot water and pitted)
1 cup pecans / or walnuts
1 tablespoon cashew butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup cacao powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil 💖
combine your ingredients in your food processor and pulse until broken into fine pieces, then blend until you’re left with a sticky dough. press this into your springform tin and freeze as you prepare the topping 💖
topping

1 cup cashews soaked for at least four hours in hot water
1 cup raspberries
4 tablespoons maple syrup
juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond mylk / oat mylk
2 tablespoons coconut oil 💖
blend everything in a high speed blender until creamy, pour over your brownies and freeze for at least four hours. allow to defrost for 30 minutes before serving..
