Dzień dobry! jak dobrze, że można już wrócić do jedzenia. muszę wam jednak bardzo podziękować za odbiór selfie. bardzo mnie stresuje pokazywanie mojej twarzy, nawet z liściem 😂, ale wczoraj przeczytałam tyle miłych słów, że moje kompleksy uciekały w podskokach. piękne jesteście kobietki! ❤
dzisiejsze wyzwanie to jasne zdjęcie. to jest to n*d czym muszę ostro pracować, bo mimo, że już mi się w głowie rozjaśniło 😉 i jakoś ogarniam parametry w aparacie to nie zawsze wyjdzie tak jak chcę. dzisiaj jest trochę bieli, trochę jesieni, kaweczka i pyszne kanapki z serkiem pleśniowym, szynką parmeńską i figami, które są ostatnio moją słabością. jeśli ktoś jeszcze nie próbował fig w takim połączeniu to bardzo polecam! miłego dnia. ❤

Raspberry cream tart ♥️ almond pastry crust with creamy raspberry pastry cream filling, made with fresh raspberries, cocoa butter and @naturescharm condensed coconut milk 👌🏻 .

ingredients (makes 6 small tarts)
pastry crust
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup powdered sugar
75g cold non dairy butter or cold coconut oil
1 tbsp cold almond milk
1/4 tsp almond extract
preheat oven to 180c. in a food processor, add crust ingredients pulse until a dough ball forms. chill dough for at least 10 minutes. roll chilled dough, cut the pieces using a ring mold and assemble. then cut out the strips. lift the strips and place them on the inside of each tart ring. bake at 180c for 15 minutes. allow to cool completely.

raspberry filling
1/2 cup condensed coconut milk @naturescharm
100g cocoa butter
3 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk
1 cup fresh raspberries .
add raspberries in a blender. blend into a puree. add plant milk, blend it again. strain mixture through a mesh sieve. in a medium bowl combine raspberry mixture and cornstarch, whisk until well combined. set aside.
in a sauce pan, add condensed coconut milk and cocoa butter, cook on medium low heat until cocoa butter has completely melted. turn off the heat. whisk in raspberry-cornstarch mixture. keep stirring until well combined. (mixture will thicken up while it cools) let the mixture cool for 5-10 minutes. .

full tart shells with raspberry cream and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. .

Mio marito ha intenzioni bellicose.
ha intrapreso una dieta che vuole far fare pure a me.
per colazione ha deciso di fare i pancake con 2 ingredienti: banane e yogurt.
io sono aperta a tutto, ma la mattina alle 6, di fare i pancake non mi va proprio. poi li ho pure assaggiati e non mi sono neppure piaciuti.

Savory sweetcorn pancakes 🙌 perfect when you can’t decide if u want a sweet or savoury b-fast imo ➡️ 1/2 cup plain flour, 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk, 1 tsp smoked paprika, generous pinch salt + black pepper, 1 tsp baking powder + 1/4 cup cooked sweetcorn ➡️ combine all ingredients and cook 1/3 of the mixture at a time over a medium heat in a non-stick pan for 2-3 mins on each side 💪 topped with sautéed kale and chopped tomatoes with garlic + olive oil ❤️

Best savory breakfast i’ve had in a while 🤤
i made an omelet using two eggs with some salt, pepper and cooked with extra v****n olive oil in a pan on low. lathered with homemade pesto cashew h**p pesto (recipe coming soon) and paired with two @sietefoods almond flour tortillas😍 one spread with pesto and i added mashed avocado to the other one. 💯🔥
