Another day another circuit πŸ™ˆ

working on my weak point (bend arm strength). i did this after planche drill for 3 sets the other day and my shoulders were dead πŸ’€ give it a go !

5s adv. tuck front holds
5 assisted hspus
5 planche lean push ups
5s assited oahs (l/r) + 5s normal hs
(x3-5) 2min rest in between sets
