#quadsquad the benefit of gaining weight: quads look massive 🤭 free days off are over tomorrow and it‘s getting back on track again. physio school, training aaaand nutrition. time to stop eating in an excess calories 🐹 i have no idea at all what the scales say but it would be definitely too much. eat a ton of carbs and f*t since competition day but i needed that and yes i enjoyed. but the lovely foodie days are over now. in the next days i‘ll get into a 2300kcal/day and look what happen. #weightcategory .
im moment bin ich immer gut auf pump unf kraft im training läuft mega, aber ich bin auch ne kleine kugel 🤪🙉 nach dem einwiegen vor knapp zwei wochen (wie die zeit vergeht!) bis jetzt habe ich einfach nur gegessen. alles und kreuz und quer. ich brauchte das aber auch und yes es machte spaß. waage? nö, ciao. die interessiert mich gerade nicht. aber nun muss ich so langsam mal wieder zurück und starte in den kommenden tagen mit 2300kcal/tag und schaue was passiert. zusammenreißen, denn heute in genau 8 wochen geht es wieder auf die waage. 💯

Tag a friend who needs to improve their middle split!😎

the middle split is a tough move to learn, and we want to get both strong and flexible in the process of learning it. that way we can use that range of motion safely and effectively ✅

this drill will help strengthen those specific muscles that we use in the middle split. you wanna use a sliders, keep the hips open, leg straight and knee up and then slide up and down using your hips and groin muscles 🙋‍♂️

i usually do between 5-10 repetitions for like 3 sets, and do that 2-3x per week and you should see some progress with your middle split 🏆
