As a person with an anxiety disorder and a past of an eating disorder, one of the fundamental things i did (and always advice others to do) is to do what feels wrong until it feels right.
if something scares you, that is a sign you should actually do that thing rather than avoid it. there is literally no other way out of eds and anxiety than doing the thing™️, a truth we often realise far too late.
wether that be eating pizza or going to that party. if you feel anxious and uncomfortable after e.g eating a food you fear or by being in a certain situation, don’t beat yourself up! celebrate it, because that anxiety and discomfort is a sign you are moving forward. actively seek out these situations!👏
