How do you make chest day even harder? forget to bring your headphones! 🎧 βš‘οΈπŸ”‹πŸ€¨ but that's no excuse not to crush this chest workout. πŸ˜€πŸ’ͺ today turned into a whole series of supersets with flyes + press, so it kept a quick pace and a good intensity level across the whole circuit. and for most of these superset, i used the same weight on both the flyes and presses, so i didn't even put the weight down between the 2 moves. πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ then i finished with some cardio on the rowing machines 🚣. i love love love ❀️ cardio on the concept 2s (and my gym just replaced them with silky smooth brand new ones - awesome! πŸ‘πŸ‘)...but not so much without music - ack! must remember to take the headphones off the charger tomorrow! πŸ˜‚πŸ€£
